Raised and schooled in Omaha, Nebraska, he received his BFA in Printmaking at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Neil is currently a guest teaching artist with the summer youth program at the Delta Grand Theatre in Opelousas. His work reflects the spectrum of human emotion itself. Combining art, advocacy and life experience, Neil has spearheaded some very interesting projects that address his passion of empowering others through art.
