Tuesday's MEDCINE BALL CARAVAN on KRVS (11am-noon Central Standard) commemorates the 40th anniversary of the one-and-only Sex Pistols U.S. Tour making its way to Baton Rouge at The Kingfish (first 'punk' band I ever saw live). We'll do a few Pistols tracks along with recordings by Tom Tom Club, Wayne County, New York Dolls, Velvet Underground and the Patti Smith Group. Also: tunes with The Castaways, The Knickerbockers, Gu-Ru, Simo and Blue Oyster Cult.
